Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the go to market strategy,
  • Identify new clients and retain existing client base,
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets,
  • Deliver GP,
  • Remain abreast of market trends to inform product development, pricing, marketing etc,
  • Key Performance Indicators:
  • Revenue achievement,
  • GP achievement,
  • % Retention/ Increase in client base,
  • % Pipeline conversion,
  • Market strategies,
  • Strategic marketing and business development decisions,
  • Competitor analysis,
  • Adjust the strategy to be on par with competitors,
  • Challenges/complexities they may encounter,
  • The state of the economy and inflation may limit margin.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelors degree or similar, Desired specialisation of qualification: Marketing, Sales, Business Admin.
  • Desired years experience in a similar role: 5-10 years in sales. Power solutions such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Inverters, Convertors, Charging Equipment.
