Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Ideal Requirements:
Have a valid PSIRA Certificate.


Source and sell alarm monitoring and armed response agreements to potential new customers.
Source and sell new and alarm system upgrades, additions to alarm systems, CCTV systems, electric fences to potential customers.
Source and pass on any physical guarding, tenders or large-scale projects with potential customers to senior sales team.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new customers and hardware sales.


Door knocking to take place daily.
Achieve minimum doors to be knocked a day and minimum pitches.
Knock sheets with client’s details to be submitted to the team leader daily.
Accurate stats are to be reported weekly.
Submit weekly client update with install date / payment tracking.
Attend sales meetings.


Promote and sell security products & services.
Sell security solutions to new and existing clients.
Follow up on all leads received timeously.
Generate and close self-sourced leads.
Create solid & long-standing relationships with estate agents, builders, architects etc.
Networking for leads.
Risk assessments of clients’ properties.
Maintain all administrative duties pertaining to sales.
Motivated to achieve and exceed sale targets.
