Source candidates for suitable vacancies.
Work specs received from clients.
Business development of new clients that have recruitment needs.
Dealing with client communications like interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
Marketing of adverts on LinkedIn.
Updating various platforms and software implemented to streamline processes and keep track of tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed Degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable University in a relevant field
1-3 years Recruitment experience
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player
Goal-oriented and deadline-driven
