Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Disciplinary codes
– Grievance procedures
– Implementation of the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Skills Development Act etc
– Ensure health and safety regulations are implemented and followed
– HR manuals and procedures
– Educational Assistance of employees
– Representation of the company in disciplinary proceedings
– Conduct site visits
Requirements:
– A degree or diploma in Labour Relations or a similar qualification would be advantageous
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in construction or civil engineering industries
– Planning and organisational skills
– Code 8 drivers license and own transport
– Must be able to deal with administrative work
– Advanced computer skills
