Pipelaying Supervisor (Eswatini)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and coordinate the activities of pipelayers and other crew members
– Ensure that pipelines are installed according to engineering plans and specifications
– Monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
– Conduct regular inspections of the work site to identify potential hazards and address any issues promptly
– Keep accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor hours used on the project
– Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Key Requirements:

– +10 years’ experience in construction with at least 5 years experience as a Pipelaying Foreman / Supervisor
– Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher
– Strong knowledge of pipeline construction techniques, materials, and equipment
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
