Job Description

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman or similar role
Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety, paving industry or the like will be beneficial
Valid drivers’ license
