Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operational tasks (including treasury, debtors, creditors, fixed assets, financing arrangements and payroll)
Lead the financial planning processes for the group
Assist with 3 year business plans for the company and analysing any budget deviations
Prepare monthly presentations and financial reports to the Financial Director
Preparing Consolidations across the Group
Leading the preparations for Annual Financial Statements
Update Cashflow requirements on a weekly basis
Analysis and validation of all projects and overhead costs
Project Manage and lead the upgrade of the ERP implementation
Review VAT submissions
Preparations of Tax computations

Requirements:

Registered CA(SA)
Sage or similar ERP system experience
Contract Mining experience would be advantageous
Africa Experience is advantageous
5-10 years operational experience is essential
5-10 years people management experience
