Job Description

Responsibilities:

Requesting quotations and revising quotations, ensuring timely receipt
Issuing and compiling bulk orders
Assisting the tenderer with kickoff meetings and monthly cost meetings
Comparing material prices received during the tender stage for tender use
Obtaining Tax Clearance from SARS
Requesting way leaves
Conducting price comparisons of quotations
Completing and submitting tender documents before deadlines
Requesting guarantees and confirming insurance
Applications and renewals of CIDB gradings
Letters to engineers and suppliers upon request from the tenderer or site agent
Liaising and communicating with suppliers, clients, and engineers
Filing
Opening tender files
Memos
Retrieval of documents when necessary
Personal Assistant to the Tenderer

Qualifications:

Matric or further qualification
Experience in Administration and sending Tenders
3 years experience.
