Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective planning of teams, ensuring efficient use of Team’s time (to be fully productive) to complete works in the shortest time and ensure targets are reached.
Quality control of the physical works and installations on site.
Overseeing of outstanding work per project.
Attending site meetings
Conducting AMT’s, Inspections, and testing and compiling reports.
Conducting soil resistivity surveys
Control installation of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with drawings and site specifications
On site supervision on various larger projects as required. This may require you to stay on site (out of town) until the project is complete
Stock control Administration and paperwork, relating to your position and related duties. All paperwork to be submitted timeously, in a neat and accurate manner
Ensure compliance with all requirements on site regarding health, safety and environmental policies, manual and procedures
Safety aspects as may be required from time to time
Adhere to the company’s dress code on site, including safety clothing and equipment as per the MOS act Safety Regulations and other Company Safety regulations
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Experience – 5 years minimum experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Preferably Construction Industry / Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems knowledge.
