Duties & Responsibilities
The role includes the following responsibilities:
Ensures the accurate implementation of HR Admin and IR Processes
Work closely with the Payroll department
Reviewing and the implementation of Policies and Procedures
Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to managers in regard to IR / HR related queries
Ensure consistent application of HR processes
Investigates and resolves employee complaints / grievances.
Chairs disciplinary enquiries
CCMA Representation
Reviewing, amending, updating and issuing of contracts timeously
Desired Experience & Qualification
Essential
Degree in Human Resources
5 years’ experience within an HR role in a BPO environment
Knowledge on Labour Legislation and experience in representing the company at the CCMA
Preferred
Previous experience working in a contact centre environment.
Package & Remuneration
R20 000 – R25 000 + Medical Insurance
