Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Studying towards an HR Degree or National Diploma and requiring workplace experience
Knowledge
Begins to develop current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
Keeps abreast of new developments in the HR field.
Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office).
Personable, able to deal with a variety of people comfortably and pleasantly.
Strong customer service skill.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Motivated to give input and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
Detail oriented.
