Duties & Responsibilities

My client is looking for a highly skilled Admin Supervisor (Billing) to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of their rental operations. This is a 2-month contract based in Johannesburg South.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Team Development:
Supervise the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of subordinates, ensuring their tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Cultivate a positive work environment by setting objectives, coaching, counseling, and implementing performance management strategies.
Administration:
Oversee the entire invoicing and credit note process, including pre-bill, monthly billing, and transactions.
Manage units not billing report, escalations for contracts, debtors’ queries, and transport reconciliations.
Maintain and oversee the Off Hire schedule and Damage Claim schedule.
Ensure all units are billing in accordance with relevant lease agreements.
Implement timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with all reasonable instructions and oversee fleet/asset controls.
ERP System Management:
Supervise fleet/asset controls, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
Maintain stock integrity on the ERP system.
Reconcile petrol/fuel transactions monthly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant Finance Diploma/Degree
2 years management experience
