Company Description:

A property investment company, based in Johannesburg North and growing at a great rate, is looking for a Financial Manager specializing in Tax to join their ranks. They are a JSE listed organization investing strategically.

Duties:

Reviewing all tax computations of the group
Working on Transfer Pricing, VAT, REIT, and Carbon Tax assessments and calculations
Reviewing all tax returns and documents and queries from SARS
Preparation of the distribution pack quarterly
Assisting with the budgeting process from the tax perspective

Requirements:

CA(SA) with tax qualification
IFRS knowledge
10 – 15 years post articles experience
2 – 3 years managerial experience
Experience in company income tax, transfer pricing, VAT, and international tax (essential)
Experience with REIT (essential)
