Duties & Responsibilities :

Our client, a market leader in the Supply Chain industry, is looking to hire a Total Reward Manager based in Durban

The Total Rewards Manager plays a vital role within the Human Resources department, overseeing the organisation’s compensation, payroll and benefits initiatives
The position necessitates a strategic mindset coupled with deep expertise in compensation and benefits practices along with proficient data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making
Collaborating closely with senior management, the Total Rewards Manager devises and executes total reward strategies aligned with the organization’s overarching goals and objectives

Duties and Responsibilities:

Full accountability for Compensation, Benefits and Rewards function
Payroll Management
Systems Development
People Management
Stakeholder Relationship Management

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration or related
Qualification in Payroll an added advantage
SARA Accreditation advantageous
Minimum 10 years experience in Payroll, Benefits and Remuneration
Minimum 5 years experience at senior management level leading payroll

Knowledge and Skills:

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) / Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation preferred
Microsoft Office Suite
Project Management
Data Analysis
Analytical Skills
Minimum 10 years experience in Organisational Development, Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Performance Management, Change Management, Leadership Development, BE and Employment Equity
Strong understanding of best practices in Organisational Development, Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Talent Retention, Performance Management, Change Management, Leadership Development, BBBEE and Employment Equity
