Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Key performance areas:

Receive incoming goods, verify against invoices or orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
Store goods in designated locations, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed to prevent damage or deterioration.
Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reordering supplies as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to fulfill orders and support operational requirements.
Monitor stock movement and update inventory records using computerized systems or manual logs.
Assist with inventory audits and investigate discrepancies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including shelving, bins, and storage racks.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must have:

Matric with relevant qualification
At least 1 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
