Personal Assistant
Duties :
- Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the director
- · Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the director.
- · Assist in personal tasks such as making travel arrangements, running errands, and managing household matters
- · Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or reports as needed.
- · Coordinate and liaise with other staff members, clients, and external contacts.
- · Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the employer’s personal and professional life.
- · Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials as required.
- · Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities
- · Arrange travel and book flights.
- · Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and filtering requests and information for the employer.
Personal Assistant Requirements :
- · Grade 12
- · Tertiary qualification preferred,
- · Minimum 5 years experience as a PA or Senior Secretary,
- · Proficient in MS Office,
- · Canva experience preferred,
- · Valid drivers license and own transport essential
