Construction Manager (Solar PV experience required)

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Leading the installation of Solar PV projects
Ensuring projects finish on time and on budget while respecting the labour laws
Fault finding and proactive preventative measures
Training and mentoring Solar Foremen and Technicians
Run a full site within 12 (twelve) months of commencing work with the company
Completing post-project documentation, including DC quality checklists, in-progress and final photos, labelling
The employee must set the tone of the team under him/her
Ensure that there is adequate materials and equipment to safely and efficiently complete projects.
Documenting installation progress such as, wire management, serial numbers, site map

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Relevant diploma/degree
• Solar PV and construction experience

Package & Remuneration

R 30 000 – R 40 000 ctc per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
