Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• – Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency
• – Provide financial analysis and insights to influence decision-making and improve business performance
• – Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• – Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting
• – Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• – Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and improve process efficiencies

Desired Experience & Qualification

• – Recently Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Big 4 articles
• – Excellent overall business acumen and financial analysis skills
• – Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• – Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across the organization
• – Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• – Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• – Previous experience in a similar operational finance role preferred, but not mandatory

Package & Remuneration

R650 000 CTC to R680 000 CTC per annum based on experience and qualifications
