Duties & Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to the team and collaborate with cross – functional teams
ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.
Setup and checking of project on SAP
Invoicing and Down payments for Customers
GP Reporting monthly director.
GP reporting on service spares and consumables GM
Vendor applications including BBBEE.
Weekly Production Meeting
CRM Meeting
Freight quotations
Freight purchase order
Booking freight for Projects
Liaising with Freight Forward Comp
Work to ISO 9001-2015 compliance requirements

Desired Experience & Qualification

5 years’ experience in a similar role
Recent experience working in SAP or an equivalent operating system.
Experience with financial reports and processes.
