Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Driving sales, projects and strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Service Coordination including effectively coordinating site visits, allocating resources effectively etc.
Customer Engagement
Documentation Management including the preparation and filing of all necessary documentation, such as service reports and invoices as per ISO standards.
Issue Resolutions
Working with the Inventory controller to ensure optimal levels of service spares to guarantee that technicians have the necessary materials and tools for completing their assigned tasks.
Generating and analyzing various service-related reports, including weekly reports, service-related KPIs, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and enhance the efficiency of service operations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

5 years’ experience in a similar role
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in SAP or an equivalent operating system.
Experience and understanding of Finance are required.

Package & Remuneration

R 300 000 – R 400 000 ctc per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
