Financial Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making processes
– Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management
– Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
– Assist in the budgeting process and provide variance analysis
– Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
– Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive financial performance
– Support strategic planning initiatives with financial insights

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in Finance or related field
– Professional certification (CFA, CAIA, etc.)
