Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment for real estate transactions
– Provide clients with tailored financing solutions and investment strategies
– Assist clients in securing loans, mortgages, and other financial services
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry
– Stay up-to-date on market trends and regulatory changes affecting property finance

– Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the financing process

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field is preferred
– 3 years Sales experience, preferably in a home loans environment
– Proven track record in a sales environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices
