Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning processes
– Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
– Conduct thorough financial due diligence for potential business investments or acquisitions
– Assist in the development of financial presentations and reports for senior management
– Support the preparation of board presentations and investor communications
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements
– Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate finance

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
– Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
– Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
– Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Professional certification such as CFA is a plus
