Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
– Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
– Oversee financial controls and compliance with financial regulations
– Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
– Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and risk management activities
– Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
– Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
– Lead and develop a team of finance professionals

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
– Experience in financial services industry is preferred
– Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic decision-making
