Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise construction activities on site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are met
– Keep track of project progress, and report on any delays or issues that may arise
– Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality control records
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on site
– Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, including contractors and laborers
Requirements:
– Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– Proven experience working as a Site Agent on construction projects in Johannesburg
– Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Proactive and able to work independently
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations
– Valid driver’s license
