Duties & Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Franchise Director and in close cooperation with the Matrix functions you will shape the strategic positioning and development of the dealership that you represent.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsibility for sales, turnover and results
Development of the dealership by developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies and driving the business
Management and development of employees through disciplinary and functional guidance and target setting
Representation of the dealership in general

You will be a problem solver with a passion for leading and developing your staff.
With several years of previous managerial experience, you will have good knowledge about the automotive industry.
In addition to your ability to communicate and your creativity, you will be able to motivate your employees to achieve top performance.
Specific Skills required:
Due to the challenging nature of the role prior leadership experience in the automotive sector is essential with a high volume brand
Ability to evolve and adapt with changing business needs
Degree / Diploma a distinct advantage
