Duties & Responsibilities

One of our clients within the financial services industry is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust applications, focusing on Java and Python, while also contributing to our DevOps and Dataops tooling and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building RESTful APIs, database technologies, data visualisation tools, and data architecture design and delivery. Cloud exposure is also highly valued.

Qualifications:

Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proficiency in Java and Python
Solid understanding of DevOps and Dataops tooling and processes, including GIT and Jira
Proven expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices
Familiarity with database technologies and hands-on experience with database development
Knowledge of Hadoop components and their implementation
Proficiency in data visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards
Experience in data architecture design and delivery
Exposure to cloud technologies and services, such as AWS or Azure
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
