3+ Years in a retention-related role
Previous start-up experience beneficial
Strong business acumen, executing programs to boost organisational growth
objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product team to improve app monetisation opportunities and increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
Utilise in-depth analyses to optimise customer experiences, boost retention, and
satisfaction.
Map the customer journey, identifying opportunities for enhancing customer delight and creating sticky experiences.
