Setup Project on SAP.
Opening and updating of physical file.
Picking Lists on SAP Printing and updating.
Invoicing and Down payments for Customers.
Checking of Project.
Finance:
GP Reporting monthly director.
Meetings
Daily prestart meeting.
Weekly Production Meeting.
Logistics
Freight quotations.
Freight purchase order.
Desired Experience & Qualification
5 years’ experience in Production / Project Admin within a manufacturing environment.
Recent experience working in SAP or equivalent operating system.
Experience with financial reports and processes.
Familiar with compliance and auditing process.
