Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is currently seeking an Admin Supervisor to join their finance team in Kliprivier for a 2 months contract (can go permanent). You will have people that you will need to manage so you need to ensure a positive contribution to the department’s performance by setting objectives, coaching, counselling, and performance management.

Duties:

Perform the invoicing and credit note processes
Pre-bill and monthly billing
Billing reports
Escalations for contracts
Debtors’ queries
Transport Recons
Timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Qualifications & Experience:

Min 3 + years’ experience.
Property / Manufacturing / Logistics industry preferred.
Matric / Grade 12.
Diploma / Certificate in Finance / Logistics / Stock (Minimum requirement).
Strong financial acumen (understanding and working knowledge).
