Duties & Responsibilities
The Bookkeeper will be assisting the Director with bookkeeping and admin tasks, providing back-up for receptionist duties, day-to-day invoice processes and the generation of quotations for customers or during busy periods.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping until trial balance
Weekly counting & processing of the petty cash
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on Excel
Assist with admin duties assigned by the Director
Generate quotes
Day-to-day invoice processing
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Diploma required
1 -2 Years’ experience in a similar role
