Duties & Responsibilities

Client Details:

Our client is a real estate company specialising in property management, investment, and development within both the residential and commercial property sectors. With a focus on customer service and long-term growth, they provide tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, and investment opportunities. Role Responsibilities:

Providing administrative and organisational support to the company.
Assisting with the preparation of documents, conducting research, and maintaining communication links.
Organising and maintaining files and documents.
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
Assisting with filing of legal documents with courts, government agencies, and other relevant entities.
Transcribing dictated notes, memos, and documents using dictation equipment or digital tools.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive legal information and client communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Paralegal certification or equivalent academic qualification.

Relevant Skills / Experience:

Relevant experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or similar position.
Solid experience with dictaphone typing.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid understanding of legal terminology
