Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Our client based in George is looking for a Service Advisor to join their service department team.

Requirements:

Matric
Drivers license
Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
Strong administration skills, systematic, client centric
Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
Working experience in a Motor Dealership advantageous
Kerridge or Automate or Autoline or Evolve experience advantageous

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motor-plan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI

Package offered: R10 376 Basic Salary p/m + Incentives (Average R3k – R6k p/m) + MA and Provident Fund

Package & Remuneration :
R10 700 – R16 700 – Monthly plus MA + Providend Fund
