Duties & Responsibilities :

Our client in the Property industry is looking for an experienced Office Administrator in Mossel Bay.

Main purpose of this role

The successful candidate will assist the Franchisee, Office Manager and Agents as directed.
This position is a multi-faceted role and is suitable for a service-orientated individual looking for a pathway into the real estate industry.


Be responsible for erecting show boards and taking them down again in compliance with Municipal rules and by-laws.
Attending show days as a “sitter” at development sites and period designated
delivering promotional material at functions and being responsible for ancillary activities pertaining to events.
Learn how to use proprietary software and perform all agent tasks in relation to use such software.
Administration of all compliance directory
Review risk ratings and ensure management control forms are completed for once off and ongoing transactions
Ensure that suspicious activities are escalated to management
Record keeping

Computer literate on Microsoft Suite
Matric (higher-level Maths and Languages essential)
Previous administration and rental administration will be an advantage
Preference will be given to candidates who live around Mossel Bay
