Position – Reporting Specialist

This App offers messaging and access to over 300 websites without using any mobile data…. I mean, how disruptive is that!

They are looking for a Reporting Specialist with a min of 2 years of experience to join their vibrant team in their Bryanstan office.

Responsibilities:

Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports (campaigns, data usage, chatbot, message sends etc.)
Develop new reports to fit client needs.
Reconciling spends for reports
Expedite data based on gender, province, mobile networks etc.
Communicating and sending clients reports
Extracting leads from the portal and reconciling
Analyse all reporting and provide insight into the results.
Getting proof of flighting’s and uploading to drive

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in a reporting / data analytics environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel – pivots, vlookup etc
PowerBI, Grafana knowledge advantages (can be taught)
Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets
Strong logic, numeracy and analytical skills
Background in customer service; industry knowledge is an advantage
