Job postings — no refund after publishing
All job postings are final. No refund will be issued once a job has been published on grabemployment.com. This notice is shown next to the payment section before you pay and forms part of our terms and conditions.
Digital products — non-refundable
Grab Digital Products are delivered instantly as downloads. Because access is granted immediately on payment, these purchases are non-refundable and no returns period applies. Every product page lists exactly what is included before purchase.
When we do issue a credit or refund
- Your advert was declined during moderation and never published — full refund or an equivalent posting credit, your choice.
- A duplicate payment or an incorrect amount was charged for the same order.
- A technical fault on our side prevented delivery of a paid digital download and we could not resolve it.
Posting credits
Unused posting credits remain on your employer account for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
How to request a review
Email contact@grabemployment.com within 7 days of the charge with your company name, order number and a short description. All requests are handled by email only, and we respond with a decision within 3 working days.
