1. Using the platform
Grab Employment connects job seekers with employers and recruitment partners in South Africa. By using the site you confirm the information you supply is accurate and that you are legally entitled to work in the roles you apply for.
2. Candidate accounts and applications
You are responsible for the content of your applications, including your CV and supporting documents. We pass your application to the advertiser of the role and do not guarantee a response, interview or placement.
3. Employer listings
Advertisers must post genuine vacancies with accurate job titles, locations and remuneration information. Listings that request payment from candidates, discriminate unlawfully, or advertise multi-level marketing schemes will be removed without refund.
4. Payments and packages
Paid job packages and digital products are billed in South African Rand. Featured placement runs for the period stated at checkout. Fees for published listings are non-refundable once the listing goes live.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell or bulk-download listings, attempt to bypass platform security, or use the site to send unsolicited marketing to candidates or employers.
6. Liability
We provide the platform on an 'as is' basis. Grab Employment is not a party to any employment contract formed through the site and is not liable for hiring decisions, salaries, or the conduct of employers or candidates.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be signposted on this page with a new effective date.
